  • Two exceptional properties in Puglia, run by a brother and sister who couldn't leave well enough alone. One is a rural masseria near Neviano. The other is a historic baroque palazzo in Galatone. ( will open in fall 2027 ). Both are rented exclusively entirely yours for the week.

  • The whole house. Always. That is the point. Both Masseria Coucou and Palazzo Valide are rented exclusively to one group at a time — no shared spaces, no other guests, no strangers at breakfast.

  • Families who need proper space. Groups of friends who have been meaning to do something extraordinary for years. Couples who want more than a hotel room. Wedding parties. Anyone, frankly, who finds most places slightly disappointing.

  • Seven nights. We find a week is the minimum amount of time it takes to genuinely arrive somewhere.

  • Masseria Coucou is open now. Palazzo Valide opens Fall 2027. Both are available across the full season — though July and August tend to go first.

  • Most of them are managed by agencies and operated at a distance. We are not. We run both houses ourselves, through our company GiGi SRL. You deal with us directly — from first enquiry to key handover. If something needs attention, you reach a person, not a call centre.

  • Masseria Coucou is near Neviano, in the heart of Salento. Palazzo Valide is in Galatone town centre. Both are within easy reach of Gallipoli, Lecce, and the Ionian coast.
